Lead Selenium Alloys (Grain Refined Tubular Spines)
Our Lead Selenium Alloys are specifically formulated for high-pressure die casting (HPDC) of tubular spines used in inverter and solar batteries. By combining a low antimony level (1.2% - 2.2%) with controlled Selenium micro-doping (0.015% - 0.025%), the alloy solidifies with an ultra-fine grain structure, eliminating hot tears, pinholes, and internal shrinkage cavities.
